Store Policy


We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 2-3 business days from the order date and will approximately take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within Canada. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays and will be processed on the next business day

Standard International shipping will take approximately 10-20 business days. Please note that JOULI TORONTO is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on these fees please contact your local post office or local government. JOULI TORONTO does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event, your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. 



We want you to love what you ordered online!

But we understand it doesn’t always work out. Items purchased on will gladly be accepted for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving it. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must NOT be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. All tags must be attached when exchanged. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, AND BODYSUITS ARE A FINAL SALE. If such items are exchanged a $35.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. We do not provide a return label and you are responsible for shipping costs. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your item for your exchange or store credit to be processed. A standard shipping fee will be charged to your card for S&H.

All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international exchanges received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender. 

For exchange enquires please email and include:
- order number
- date of order
- item to be exchanged

You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours. You will be sent an exchange number and return address for your shipment. 



In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange.



 Due to the uncontrolled online traffic, some items are ordered simultaneously, by multiple customers the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, item(s) ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and will be refunded by our system back onto the method of payment used. 

The refund may take up to 5-7 business days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.
